Marymount Properites
Marymount Properties is a Tudor Gothic Style building that was original constructed in 1922 as the first all girls college in Kansas. The building contains over 130,000 sq ft of floor space and had over 300 rooms. In 1993 the building was sold to DMA Architect owner Donnie Marrs who along with his family are in the process of developing over 28,000 sq ft into residential condominiums. The building currently housed 10 renovated condominiums, 20 commercial office spaces, a 20,000 sq ft , 50 space, underground parking garage, a chapel, a renovated gym, and a newly constructed roof deck viewing area.
